After leaving a residence Ella blocks your phone number. You need to call from another number to find out where your deposit is. And when you speak to her she talks down to you like you are bothering her. Do your research. Repairs are never complete in a timely fashion

Ella Williams was very unprofessional and rude. Asked my wife a couple question and just simple hung up on her. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this lady.

Ella Williams is rude. Sends texts when asked for a CALL in return. Types in caps like she is yelling at you. No wonder you have a 1 star rating.

Terrible realtors applied for a home and our application was denied because they said my wife had an eviction which wasn't hers we offered proof the next business day but they already moved to the next application they basically do a google search and Clark county courts by name only which is ridiculous because we provided all our information including social security numbers so if you have a common last name be prepared to be denied through no fault of your own
