First Choice Title, Inc.

Have done dozens of closings using these guys, always very good, professional, prompt. I have read some of the other negative reviews on this profile and they are inaccurate and in result of poor consumer cooperation. There’s no reason not to use this title company.

There were delays and an additional small fee that I guess they did not calculate correctly at closing. They tried to upsell me a "premium plan" at closing (I'm buying a house here not a used chrysler). The property did not get recorded for over a week after closing, and while they had promised to call me to clarify everything, they did not and I had to call them. This was my first closing here and it also will undoubtedly have been my last as well.

My experience with First Choice was amazing! I can't recommend them enough as a home buyer and would recommend them, and ask to use them, again. Amber James was a joy to work with.

Not a professional closing agents. They are greedy and irresponsible. Very hard to get a response from them in a timely manner. It should be the last choice title company in town. Very bad experience!

I have known the ladies at First Choice Title for years. They have helped many of my friends and family over the years and I have never heard a bad word or seen anyone more professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
