I would highly recommend Jere Matheny and First Capital Property Group. I have never experienced such great customer service from a leasing agent - ever. I didn't even know it existed! I am more so used to the residential side of things as a mortgage lender and had such poor experiences with commercial agents every time i have looked for office space. Jere has been so involved with us and responsive to make sure our deal went smooth that it changed my perception of the entire commercial real estate industry as a whole. I had the pleasure of using Dan Van Nada as my agent in a commercial property sometime back. My experience with him was phenomenal. When you're in this type of business you need to have personality and professionalism. You want someone that you can click with and you want someone that knows their business. Dan hits all those marks!

After numerous emails and letters written to them to fix serious and dangerous conditions inside one of their properties, and waiting days and even weeks for them to respond to emails and phone calls, they never fixed the issues. We were forced to move our business (at a large cost) due to the negligence of the company. They even came out with the letter we wrote them about the issues, in hand to inspect the claims and assured us they would fix it within a week. That week turned into months. There were numerous issues including pests, crumbling ceilings, leaking ceilings, power outages due to their construction, etc. We have this all on record in email and certified mail and are happy to back it up.
