I had a disappointing experience with Yessica during a recent visit. She refused to explain any of the paperwork I was signing, stating, "The broker already explained this to you, and you already signed it with them." Whenever I tried to read through the documents, she gave me impatient looks as if to rush me, suggesting there were too many papers to sign. When she asked if the broker had reviewed my credit with me, I explained that the broker had mailed me a document but didn’t go over it. She dismissed my response, saying, "No, I’m sure he did." This dismissive attitude made me feel unheard and disrespected. The entire process felt rushed, and she did not allow me to ask questions.
