They didn’t have access to the file in her office so she reached out to the main office and in less than 20 minutes I had a copy of a survey in my hand. This is huge, Sylvia took time to help a random stranger walking through her front door and by her efforts just saved my client (who is an executor of an estate dealing with a loss of a brother) $500-600 for having to order a new survey.
