My experience working with escrow officer Tracy Kormendy was among the most frustrating and disappointing I’ve had in any real estate transaction. From the outset, communication was inconsistent and evasive. Tracy failed to acknowledge critical contract termination notices in writing, even after multiple emails and phone calls. This created unnecessary confusion, legal risk, and stress in what was already a time-sensitive situation. More troubling, when I followed up with phone calls to seek clarity, Tracy would either refuse to answer, delay responses, or—most shockingly—hang up mid-conversation when pressed for accountability. We went to close on our first house with my mother as our realtor. What I thought would be a special and memorable day for us, turned out to be one of the most unpleasant experiences we had ever witnessed. Our closing agent, GERALDINE SHERROD was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my mother. It was very heartbreaking to witness this woman treat my mother as if she was dirt under her feet. I STRONGLY do not recommend this place! After reading other one star reviews, it is very clear that GERALDINE SHERROD has and will continue to disrespect people without any accountability of her actions. Aimee was great! I’ve always heard about how difficult closing and title companies can be but my experience was a dream. Anytime I had a question or concern she was responsive either by phone or email within a day. On closing day Glenda took care of us and even though she was very thorough, we were done in less than 20mins. Would highly recommend!

Closer was very rude and it was clearly apparent that she doesn’t like kids. Understandable because they aren’t for everyone, but at least act professional and not push a kid away slightly. Wouldn’t recommend this company for usage at all.

Unprofessional and they demand the earnest money but when you need the earnest money return they delay as long as they can. Go with Stewart Title they are very kind and professional.
