First American Title Insurance Company - Homebuilder Services

Agents beware.. Title companies are supposed to be third party but this one defiantly is not... Never heard a word from them once the contract was sent over. We needed to reschedule the time (the builder had miscommunication with themselves) because the builder had us scheduled for first thing in the morning.. They wouldn't let the buyer reschedule to the afternoon with out talking to the builder first.. What? Why do you have to talk to the builder to reschedule the time of the buyer closing? The builder nor title even contacted the buyer to schedule the time, just gave us a time, that didnt even work with the builders schedule. Then, they said they never got my CDA and wiring instructions even though I sent it in the day before closing. Didn't bother to say anything to me in person at clo

Good luck calling theses jokers. If you don't know a particular person you want to speak with, you will not get through. there is no option for an operator. You have to have an extension number or a first name. So good luck randomly pressing buttons to talk to someone. You guys just lost a sale.

Always take care of my buyers and are quick to answer closing cost and Title questions!
