Great customer service, professional staff and easy to work with

They held money to finalize bills that were due. We called and emailed multiple times with no action or response. We went around our closer, Laura, to someone who seemed to actually care and do something. We finally got it paid on the day it was due, over a month after our closing appointment and had to pay a service fee. Really frustrating over something that could have been easily taken care of.

We used this company to buy our house. When they wrote up the deed the messed up our names, so now they’ve been filed publicly and messed up that way on our taxes and public records. I called them to see if they could straighten it out and the lady on the phone was very snippy and unaccomadating. She told me I would have to pay another hundred plus dollars to have the deed redone by a lawyer. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone.
