Do NOT use this office/unit of first american title office. Title officer Matt Dishman is rude and un qualified. Instead of researching engineering document mentioned in title they are drawing and showing their own easement documents. When asked to remove their drawing and add public engineering document mentioned in Deed he says talk to your attorney. Never gave me quote to owner policy and stopped replying after giving me run around.
