7 yr renter here.... They are slacking on property upkeep. Decent company but if another is available, choose another. I Like the owners enough to not take them into an escrow situation though.
We rented a property through FARE two years ago... Although communication with Janet was pleasant and overall we only had minor issues, I was greatly disappointed when I received back my deposit with a $500 deduction!! Nevertheless, I recommend them with caution (read the small print).
I rented with them for 4 years and they were amazing anytime I called they had a answer. Will forever be grateful for them. Thank you first American real estate
