I can’t say enough good things about this property management team. Brian and Ethan are genuinely some of the most professional, responsive, and trustworthy people I’ve worked with. They’re on top of everything—from tenant communication to maintenance—while still being easy to work with and incredibly fair. You can tell they truly care about both the property owners and the tenants, which is honestly rare. They’re proactive, organized, and always quick to address any issues before they become problems. I found Fireside Property Management from a friend's recommendation. I have been very pleased with their service, they have gone above and beyond. My experience with a different property manager had been less than favorable - I did not feel they had my interest at heart, like they were playing me against my tenant. One tenant put a warped, wooden table out in front of the house and, when I asked the manager to tell them to move it, he said, " Well, you will have to buy them a NEW table." What? I want a property manager that looks out for my tenant's interest but not at my expense. But Fireside has demonstrated that they understand who their customer is.
