Fireside Flats

(March 2024 update) I've lived her for 13 months now and just renewed my lease as I've really enjoyed living here. The building is quiet, feels very safe and is well maintained. The staff has been great to work with from day 1. And, I have a gorgeous view of Mount Rainier. Hilary made my move in easier by reserving an elevator for me and my movers.

This apartment building is great. Julie is an amazing property manager and will go out of her way to answer questions or address concerns with timely responses, including answering the office phone. She will work with you to find the right apartment building in your price range and size requirements. The rooftop has many cozy areas and seems designed for privacy among different groups with views of downtown Seattle, Greenlake, and the Olympics. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable with plenty of great coffee shops and grocery stores. Not to mention being walking distance from the Link. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend Fireside Flats!

Pros + rooftop is great place to watch the sunrise/sunset + rooms have a layout that makes it easier to deal with how small the apartments are. The lofted ceilings and tall cabinets make for storage space. +large windows allow a lot of natural light in living room + well insulated, low electricity bill (mine was around $25 a month) +location near good restaurants, parks and Roosevelt station Cons - My room, which was south facing, got very hot in the summer. If it was 80 degrees outside it was 90 in the apartment - Management seemed more concerned about hosting events than managing the building. They weren't very good at fixing things. - There are a lot of itemized charged both monthly and when you move out. - They will not allow you to use the parking garage for moving unless you pay $2

Great space, well located and well maintained! Management has been great to work with, service requests addressed promptly, and the building itself is generally quiet and clean.

These apartments are clean, quiet and peaceful. I love that I can walk to coffee shops, green lake and groceries stores easily.
