Fir Grove

Monique is amazing. Great townhomes. Only complaint is the community that houses people to get clean can have some issues with constant fire department calls and the smoking on site. Wouldn’t have moved out if we could have gotten a unit with a fenced yard for our fur babies.

Beautiful townhomes. There are three bedrooms we’re my favorite. My lease is up in March and I’m definitely going to apply. The manager was super friendly and informative and easy to talk to about my current situation.

Fir Grove looks nice and the staff are friendly during the day, but at night it’s a totally different story. We were woken up several times by police showing up, arrests happening, and even doors being broken down. On top of that, there was a dog barking ALL HOURS of the night for almost a whole year, and nothing was ever done about it. I’ve sent around 50 emails and left tons of voicemails, but never got a single reply or any kind of compensation for everything we dealt with. For what we’re paying to live here, it’s just not worth it. Be wary before signing a lease — it might seem fine at first, but the reality is way different.

Monique has a beautiful soul and is very compassionate and understanding, she was quick to respond to a situation I was in and helped me out big time. The complex is very nice and clean, I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Very kind and are motivated in making clients feel welcomed. my experience has been wonderful, excited to work with them in the future.
