Annemarie is the nicest, most helpful person I have ever worked with. I had so many questions about renting/finding an apartment because I am still so new to moving/being in Boston and she stayed up emailing me on a Saturday night until 10pm helping me and answering any question I had for her, and even was able to get me a tour in the apartment I now live in not even 12 hours later the next morning! She advocated for me to get a decent price on my apartment, and I am absolutely in love with where I live and the apartment I live in and it's all because of her! Annmarie and the broker she works with (never caught their name) got me into an apartment that was not available to me to begin with due to a “no pets” policy. She and the team at Fiorelli Realty had extensive contact with the building owner which allowed me to plead my case for moving into the apartment with my dog. It didn’t matter what time of the day or night, Annmarie answered any questions I had in a quick manner and worked diligently to help me find a place. I really enjoy the apartment I’m living in and I know that I would not have the opportunity with the work they all put in. Highly recommend.
