I have been a tenant for almost 9 years now. The properties are unique, accommodating to basically anyone’s financial ability. Flexible, helpful when you need anything. Timely response and an outstanding customer service. This is not just business, it’s a family.

my daughter was going to go thru this place for an apt. When we got there, the lady (I'm assuming was related to him because he was pleasant to her) behind the counter was almost snobby when we asked her a question. Then when it came time to view an apt the guy (finning) only seemed to be worried about when she could come up with the money and not about the questions we had about some repairs we noticed immediately that we would want to be fixed before moving in.

We couldn't be happier in our retirement living apartment at Brook Pointe. The apartment is well appointed and attractive. Our building manager is exceptionally helpful—friendly, professional, efficient, always available by phone to address maintenance issues, going the extra mile to do what needs to be done. Maintenance staff are also capable and always courteous and friendly.The grounds are attractive, the location is convenient, and the setting is quiet and comfortable. What we especially appreciate is a remarkable sense of community at Brook Pointe. We enjoy participating in the Tuesday/Thursday morning breakfast cafe, as well as monthly luncheons and dinners, movie nights, game nights, and other fun events. The sense of neighborliness is really remarkable.

I rented an apartment from Jim. There was a major mice problem. I called to complain and his crew showed up and put mouse poison logs throughout the apartment(exposed) and didn't tell me he did that. We moved out immediately.Jim then tried to avoid returning our deposit, which he finally did after I had to confront him in person. Not a person/company I would ever rent from again.

Have been renting from Jimmy for over three years now and whenever I have a issue he is there that day or or the next day. He is a great landlord who does the right thing, especially during this epidemic.
