FINN Apartments

I’ve lived here for several months, and one thing has always been consistent is how well this complex is managed. I give a lot of credit to the property management team. Mid-lease, they clearly communicated a change laundry machines, and the transition has been smooth ever since. (There is units with in unit laundry as well.) Parking is easy to find, with plenty of street parking, a separate parking lot, and 3 enclosed garages. I’ve never had an issue finding a place to park.The trash bins are well-maintained, and the pickup service is reliable and worth the fee. Property management is responsive and often addresses requests quickly, without the need for follow-up. Update: My 5-star review is based entirely on my great experience here—no giveaways, just genuine satisfaction. Highly recomm

We've lived here for over a year and it's been a great experience. The property was recently renovated, its quiet, has ample parking and easy access to the I-5 and link. It's a fantastic value that is hard to beat. Property management is also very accommodating, and maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

I scheduled an appointment to tour the apartment at 9:45, showed up 10 minutes early then waited for 45 minutes only for no one to show up. If you are not going to be open at the times you state online then don't broadcast availability. Incredibly unprofessional.

Sam was very helpful in setting up getting my carpet fixed. He made sure the appointment worked with my schedule, which was important as I work from home. Great work!

I moved in about 5 months ago and the place has been very good so far. It's close enough to walk to the bus stop, and it has a nice campground-y kinda vibe. I'd recommend checking it out. Pros: - Friendly Staff, the community manager is very helpful - Price is affordable for the area - Great location, most rooms have a balcony - Little to no noise from neighbors - Lots of street parking, and the garage is nice - Luxer lockers on site for packages Cons: - Small amount of cabinet space - No AC ports in the apartment - No gym (it's apparently on its way)
