My wife and I are currently building a house in Bradford County, PA and are very satisfied with this company from the start. From our initial consultation until now (half-way through our build) we've felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Brandon, Rob, and Jim have been a pleasure to work with and we're excited to see our finished product!

This house was built by Fine Line in Troy, PA in 2000. Overall the house has a nice layout and looks good. The problems are underneath what you see. All of the exterior doors were put in without any flashing. Due to this they have all rotted the subfloor of the house from years of leaking. The pictures attached are of the front entryway where the water leaked in from doors, windows and a roof that had no flashing at all and subsequently rotted two full stories of wall framing and everything attached. This has led to expensive repairs and lots of headaches. Do yourself a favor and spend the money up front for a quality built home.

I can't say enough good things about how smooth this whole process has been. I feel like every step of the way I am informed and kept up to date on what is going on. And the attention to detail is outstanding, particularly the project manager Bob. It's just such a pleasure to work with him. I never expected to have such a level of service as I am getting. This extra attention is what I feel sets you all apart from the others. Bob knows his job and I think I am learning a few things along the way from him. I have also had the opportunity to meet all the tradesmen from the Framers, Electricians, Plumbers, and of course The Fine Line crew and they are just a great group of professionals and so organized
