This is the second time I’ve used Financial Concepts in Edmond, and they were amazing once again. After a very bad experience with Bank of America, they made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free—especially important since I’m self-employed and had trouble qualifying elsewhere. Anthony Butler and Mandy Davison ❤️🙏were honest, responsive, and great to work with. Anthony was always available for calls and texts and answered every question. They also refunded my escrow holdback exactly as promised. I highly recommend Financial Concepts to anyone looking for a reliable, professional lender.👌

David and his team were amazing and flawless during the process of owning my first home. Being a first time VA home loan for me naturally I had a lot of questions and needed clarification on some things. The team was quick to respond and hold my hand if you will though the entire process. If you have had some credit issue in the past don’t let that discourage you. Call David and let him help you.

I'm gonna give a two star review. Angie was super helpful in the beginning. And like, I know I'm not an "easy target" when it comes to mortgages, I have a lot of info and files. It took me about two months between working to get some of the info to them, and she just kinda stopped responding. I'm sorry I'm not an easy customer, but the home-buying process is difficult, and I was hoping you'd be a bit more lenient since you're supposed to be the professional.

We had the joy of working with Angie & her team when buying our first home. Angie made sure we knew her team was always available for questions & they’d keep us up to date on everything. Our realtor was Ariana Ortega at Cherrywood & she was AMAZING. Beyond patient, flexible hours and truly worked with us perfectly. They made this a fun experience & I could not recommend them enough. If we had a question they’d answer it within a few minutes, along with scheduling showings. If you’re looking for a new home/ lender, they are the best!
