I was hesitant when KC told me she could sell my house within 60 days. I was AMAZED when we ended up closing on the sale within 30 days! KC made everything extremely easy for me. She guided me through everything and scheduled all of my appointments from AC to electrical to roofing, etc. I am beyond happy with her service. KC is a great realtor, she made sure i understood the whole process when it came to selling my home. It only took 30days from the time we started till i signed my closing well over what i thought i'd get for it.
