We had a great experience working with Sarah Estakhri from FIG Real Estate. She helped us find so many options when we were being very picky on what kind of house and price we were looking to rent, and even helped us navigate a tricky situation with a landowner who kept offering unfavorable terms. In the end, she found a great house in a great neighborhood at a great price with a great landlord that met all of our requirements at hundreds of dollars a month under our max — I would recommend working with Sarah to literally anyone.

Michael Flint helped me both buy a new home and sell my current house. I cannot imagine having a better Realtor!!! I had lived in my previous house for over 30 years so it needed some upgrades. He made great suggestions and had a contractor that took care of everything. I had 4 total offers including the one I accepted within a few weeks. He returned every call, email or text faster than i expected. I am 64 years old and I have probably done 3 reviews in my life. Doing this for Michael was easy because I do not think you could find a better realtor. He truly understands the market and listens to your thoughts and concerns! Thank you Michael!!!

Sarah is an incredibly knowledgeable realtor with the skills to sell your property or help you find the perfect property at the right price. She was patient in showing us multiple listings, but we knew the first one we saw was the one for us. She represented us well to the seller and was able to help us negotiate the price to where we needed it. I would greatly recommend working with Sarah! She is hard working and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. My husband and I have been in our home for almost four years and I am still so happy it's ours.
