Fifty02 Westover Hills Apartments

Nasty and foul people. I was a resident at fifty 02 for 3 years and never caused any problems or missed any payments to them. I moved out 5 months ago and left them a very clean apartment. Didn’t receive my 150 dollar deposit back but i never do because these apartments are crooks. However i find out from a debt collector a week ago that they sent me to collections over 53.76. Never received a notice from these people although they claim to have sent me a letter in the mail to my forwarding address but i don’t buy that because i haven’t received anything from these people. Not an email or a phone call or anything. Just straight to collections over 54 bucks. I look at the itemized receipt with collections and they magically charged me 65 for a carpet shampoo and 85 for “housekeeping” so the

Recently visited Fifty02 and the leasing professional Nicki was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with the application process. She made the process very smooth and was very thorough with explaining everything. Looking forward to making this beautiful, clean, and welcoming complex my new home soon!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The property is always well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful

Extremely overpriced. Gate never works, halls covered in dog poop from garbage people not caring if the rip open bags. bathrooms dont properly vent steam and causing damage 6 months in that im sure they will bill me for. If your late on your payment expect to pay 300 extra and if you ever get in a situation and need to downgrade to something more affordable you cant, and have to break the lease that costs 5+k to do. Just honestly dont bother if the rent was 500$ less maybe but 2k+ for a 2 bedroom is ridiculous for what your getting, look at renting a house or any other apartment. Wish I can leave but I cant and I have only been here 6 months.

I recently moved in and can not be happier! My unit was clean and ready to go. The staff was prompt, professional, and friendly. If your looking for clean and modern apartments with an awesome staff I definitely would recommend fifty 02!
