Fifty-Seven 95 Flamingo

I just recently moved thank God! But somebody else gonna get that unit E110 so I wanted to let you know that the bldg itself is infested with roaches. After months of complaining and arguing with the office they finally realized that but that was months of me and my 1yr old son living in it. We had to pack up the house like we were moving for the to bomb our unit but it didn’t help because it’s the entire bldg! The office people are rude, dismissive, lack empathy. Maintenance damages more than they fix. Microwave doesn’t fully work because you can’t press the 3 or the 5. Tub needed to be resurfaced but nobody answered that work order. I tried to explain all of this before I left, they still did not care.

I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. To me it's really important to have a great management company. Since they are the ones to make things better . With that being said Rosie the property manager is amazing. She made the move in go smoothly. And anything that I needed she was right there getting everything accomplished. I really appreciated that so much. Everyone is so nice here. I'm so grateful to have found my new home.

The professionalism from Rosie and staff are exceptional! As a vendor it’s not often we find a property manager that’s clear on instruction and expectations. However, due to her hospitality and management style, Rosie has streamlined our partnership in a very healthy manner. Fifty-Seven 95 Flamingo should feel lucky to have this great team!

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Anyone thinking of renting here should read the reviews. That’s why I decided to leave one. Roach infestation is serious, plumbing problems are serious and lying to tenants is serious. The apartments are patched up and painted over. The appliances look nice but how do they work? In the first year of living there it had to be bombed for roaches twice and we still saw roaches after 2 years. The hot water heater broke, no hot water for days. The washer was moved to the patio so that took weeks no washer. We wanted to maybe after the first year but couldn’t afford to. You would think with all we experienced due to no fault of ours they would not raise the rent the second year. Nope. They raised the rent and oh the repairs we put work orders in for….they

This is the BEST place to live! Rosie (the property manager) takes all of their complaints seriously and takes action immediately! I love coming home to quiet, kid friendly locations that are free of trash and debris. The maintenance crew is seen every morning and afternoon cleaning up and prompt to responding to issues daily. 10/10 would recommend. Also, the location is top tier! So close to everything! Thank you Rosie and team for all that you do and continue to do for us all.
