I’ve lived here for a full year now and have had no issues what so ever. Preston and the rest of the leasing team have always been polite and prompt at addressing any concerns I might have. They regularly host events for the complex and are always asking about ways to improve the community. I also haven’t had any noisy neighbors and even though the surrounding area is a bit busy, I can never hear any cars or commotion from the inside of my apartment. There’s also a Mexican grocery store that just opened up right next the complex! It’s a great place to get food within walking distance. Over all, I love it here so if you are looking for a new apartment with modern interior at a great price, look no further than fifty forty flats!

I moved to Nashville last minute for a new job, and this apartment complex made the transition easy. I was approved within days and had a smooth move-in. As a first-time solo renter, I had a great experience overall. The staff is friendly, maintenance is fast, and I never had issues with bugs. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Trash valet was reliable, too. A few downsides: parking is tough—especially near buildings 100 and 200—and you’ll likely end up in overflow parking after 6 p.m. The area isn’t the safest, but I personally felt fine living here alone. I recently moved out after I living here for about 2.5 years. I truly enjoyed my stay. The community events were always great and Preston, the property manager, always followed up with any questions/concerns I ever had. Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved into these apartments, and the entire experience was seamless. Simone and Preston on the staff were always available to answer my questions with kindness and helpfulness. The online portal guided me effortlessly through all the steps, and having an elevator made moving in a breeze. After a few weeks here, I’ve grown to love both the amenities and the welcoming community. The apartments feel new, with well-maintained cabinetry and appliances. The grounds are beautifully kept, and there’s a fenced-in dog park where my pup can run and enjoy the fresh air. I also appreciate the security features, like multiple gates and key-fob access for entry, which add a nice sense of safety. Property management has had a massive upgrade compared to when I moved in a year ago. Our last manager seemed very indifferent of her job and residents concerns. In short, I was having an ongoing issue that I pressed for seven months, which was never resolved. When Taylor emailed introducing herself I stopped by to meet and address my issue with her. She fixed it literally that same day. Since then she’s been great about communicating any ongoing changes, events, and has scheduled a couple of food trucks that come for lunch.
