Very well kept by management and maintenance. All staff are friendly and courteous. Property manager Joline is amazing at her job helping her tenants as much as she can but also remaining professional. I love my apartment!

I've been at this complex since it opened and have never had any problems. Everything is very clean. Work orders are completed as soon as you request them. The maintenance, cleaning, and office departments are all professional and efficient.

As a current resident, I feel compelled to share my experience with these apartments. The management situation is extremely unstable, with a new property manager coming in every three months, which highlights a lack of consistency and accountability. Residents are constantly reprimanded for minor infractions, and the restrictions are excessive – you’re not allowed to hang any decorations on your door, install a Ring camera, or place a mat by your entryway. The parking situation is frustrating, as there’s limited space, and guests are often left wondering where to park. Additionally, the policy allowing only one car per household is incredibly inconvenient. I am a property manager that tried to get a reference on some tenants that lived here. Jolene went the extra mile to be as unhelpful as possible. After not answering the phone when I had spoken with her 2 minutes prior, I get emailed that she will respond to this request in the order it was received. After 2 days and numerous unanswered calls, I went into the office where she looked me in my face and said she would email me that afternoon. I said it takes 1 minute can we do it now? She replied she’s “in the middle of something” and after I waited in the lobby and stared at her for five minutes she emailed me back answering only 1 out of my 4 questions because it is “company policy” where every other management company will answer all of my questions, this is the only place I’ve had a probl
