Fifty 101 Apartments

Management NEVER answer the phone…. how are you a company but doesn’t answer the phone….. apartments have scorpions!!!! because the apartments doesn’t care to fix the cracks under the sink, on the floor under the cabinets, or any cracks or crevices…. they send pest control who doesn’t bring anything for scorpions…. maintenance sucks they dont even speak ENGLISH. they have 4 maintenance workers here who don’t speak or understand english how are we suppose to communicate with them. only the lil short maintenance man does work, the tall fatter guy doesn’t fix anything. they say stuff is fixed but really isn’t. they gave me a roach infested dish washer out of somebody else’s apartment. Kids broke 2 of my neighbors windows & one of them thought it was their ex till i showed them a video of kid

Upon reading the reviews on Google and Yelp, I was quite skeptical about this property. However, after coming to see the apartments myself, I was really surprised. The unit was well renovated with new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, flat cooktop oven), new stainless steel sink, upgraded dark wood cabinets, grey wood flooring, low shag carpet in the bedroom, and a really nice ceramic, above-counter bathroom sink. The walls are light grey with a white border lining and the windows have white wooden blinds. When I moved in I had minor problems such as a small leak near the toilet and the washer/dryer bring too big for the closet door to close but these were all quickly remedied. Nice location clean and quit community. I'm enjoying it and even more when all amenities are open again. 2 MAINTENANCE GENTELEMEN ARE OUTSATNDING! MR. MICHAEL HAS HELPED ME AND BEEN COURTEOUS FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGABLE , OVERALL HARDWORKING EVERY DAY AND A PLEASURE!

Disregard any old reviews. This is a different complex. Moved here 11 mths ago. Got a newly renovated apartment that is a delight, with a mountain & Strip view. The maintenance staff has had turnovers, unfortunately losing one of the best maintenance workers, Brian, I've ever met. But the new guy is diligent & takes care of the property correctly. Myra in the office is professional & compassionate. I'm very impressed with the staff. The area is very quiet & safe. Near many malls & restaurants. The pool & jacuzzi are great & there's a play area for kids & dogs. My AC went out & they took only 4 days to examine the problem, order parts & replace with a new condenser. It was 117° that week. They supplied me with a portable unit as not to suffer. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Bein

I’ve been living here almost a year now, maintenance has done a phenomenal job on fixing my issues. The staff is ok I was told a set price on moving in here and then once I did after the first month there is all types of hidden fees each month. It’s very quiet here which is good not ghetto at all. The pool area is nice as well. Also when I first moved here there was ALOT of roaches during the summertime (Outside) in the walking area which made me uncomfortable to go out during the night. As for those saying a lot of scorpions I have only seen 3 this whole time staying here and so far 1 was in my apartment, so it’s has improved on that.
