Fifteen

When we first moved to Miami, we were actually the first to move into Fifteen. Management and staff were extremely helpful and have great personalities. Gym is 24hrs which was perfect for my late night workouts. The location is very convenient for shopping or relaxing at the plaza on Miami River, basically a block away. If you’re planning your next move, I highly suggest Fifteen. Tell them Dennis sent you 😊

I am very happy with my decision to move into this building. This is truly the only place where you actually feel like home, not just another apartment. Everything feels welcoming and genuine. A special thank you to Carmen. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and always available to help with anything you need. You can really tell that she enjoys assisting people and making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. Her positive attitude and care make a big difference and add so much value to the living experience here. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a place that feels warm, supportive, and truly like home.

The main issue with this building is severe and relentless aircraft noise during nighttime hours. Planes fly extremely low overhead approximately every two minutes, and the poor sound insulation does nothing to block the noise, making it impossible to fall asleep. This ongoing sleep deprivation has had a serious negative impact on my health and overall well-being. The noise level is excessive and completely incompatible with normal residential living, especially for anyone who is sensitive to sound or needs uninterrupted rest. Despite these conditions, the lease terms make it very difficult to exit the agreement without significant financial penalties, even when the living environment clearly harms health and daily functioning.
