I've been living here for over 4 years now and absolutely love it. This is hands down the best high rise apartment building in the city. Location: Centrally located with access to Muni and buses that get you anywhere in the entire city within 10-15 minutes. Mission District, Hayes, and Civic center are within walking distance. The closest BART station is a 10-min walk if you need to get across the Bay. Essentials: 24/7 security at the front desk, easy guest access. Never lost a package in 4 years. Any maintenance request is addressed within 24 hrs. Front desk staff (especially Christian, Danny, and Joseph) are very kind, always greet you with a friendly smile, and always available to help. Moved in a week ago and the views are truly stunning. Unfortunately, there are couple things that I have not thought about checking before that ruin everything: -- The soundproofing is quite disappointing - during the night you can see every siren and shouting people -- Fridge: Unfortunately, the fridge has a persistent odor that no amount of professional cleaning seems to fix. As a result, it’s pretty much unusable for storing food, which is frustrating. The management suggested white noise machine or pay 2 month rent to move out. So if you decide to stay here, be sure to check every single appliance and where your windows face

my BFF lives here. The building is nice and elegant. The lobby is grand and nice, it gets sunlight in the morning and invites you take a seat. The units are solid, I have never heard anyone else at any time of night. The Concierge staff are polite, nice, and helpful.

This beautiful tower spared no expenses when developing a truly A-class apartment community. The fine finishes, excellent technology, huge amounts of common areas. Amazing views and location. The pictures say it all. Great customer service offered by The Related Company. Nice work!

Highlights Comfort:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment has a hotel lobby with 24/7 security at reception. You won’t ever have to worry about your packages being stolen here. Noise level:⭐️⭐️⭐️ You can hear the streets if you live on the lower floors. If you’re a light sleeper you will wake up. Cleanliness:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ We often see cleaners at coffee machines, the dog park, the lobby, and the basement. The dog spa is mostly clean but feels very stuffy. Amenities & Activities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There’s a 40th floor clubhouse with spectacular views. The heated pool & jacuzzi are nice. The theater was out of service, but it’s still nice and cozy.
