Kinda small inside the units seems like a decent place to live , but to pay water in an apartment is crazy to me and an extra fee for a garage seems unreasonable. Location isn’t bad if you don’t mind no scenery! .

I have live here for three years, and since the day I moved in I have had MAJOR issues with the plumbing. My kitchen sink overflowed 1 month after I moved in ruining a lot of ny personal property, which the property will not compensate for, multiple toilet overflows. Three outside plumbing companies have been here, with snakes, and cameras, to evaluate the plumbing, which they have found major problems, but the property will not fix so about every 2 months maintenance has to come and snake my kitchen sink. I had sewage back up from the drain by the water heater in my bathroom, and maintenance spent 4 hrs cleaning the pipes and getting all the sewage unclogged. So Oct 24th the water heater busted and flooded our closet and bedroom. Next day service came out I had to move all my stuff from the bedroom and closet into the living room. In a few hours they were out with blowers and cutting the pad out and lifting up the carpet to dry everything out!!!! Great start right? That was on a Friday. The following Monday they came by an apartment unannounced and removed all those things yet didn't tell us what the next step was didn't tell us anything no communication no phone call note nothing at all. They did replace the water heater but did not put the closet doors hung back up nor did they turn on the hot water heater I had to call in to see if it was okay to do that since there was no communication.
