Fiesta Apartments

Nice location. 5-10 minutes to Freeways 5, 805, 163. This is generally a quiet place. The outside is maintained well, and place is kept clean. Studios have full kitchen and bathroom. The parking lot could use some work, and there is a small fitness room. There is also laundry room and they keep it clean.

This was our first nice apartment in San Diego area. We were one of the first couples to move in after it was built. The posted photos look very much like it did many years ago!

Edit: These were repaired and I was given permission to change my spot after someone moved out. K and R tries their best to not take responsibility for the tree damage on cars in the parking lot. The old plumbing causes leaks and bad experiences come out of it as water drops from the ceiling. Old apartment complex, parking lot gate periodically breaks, causing poor security and car break-ins.

I spent a great time in this Apartment. Nice and quiet place with Yakuzi, Pool and Fitness. It just need some remodeling. Windows are old, aluminium, sometimes hard to open/close, make noices during windy days and also in winter time it is really bad. Of course it doesn´t have safety glass, so it is danger especially fo kids. Heating is old and noisy so I recommand to buy something for cold days. Fitness is also old and machines in bad shape, but it works for basic workout. Manager Caroline is always helpful and kind. If you want to live in quiet and nice place close to shops and don´t want to pay too much for better comfort, this is the right place.

This must be the record time I stayed at one spot while I lived in San Diego. I believe I stayed there for 1.5 years. No complains. Great price, great management, convenient location (bus 41 runs to UCSD and fashion valley). The view from where I stayed-G7 is also posted under photos.
