Fieldstone Trace

We moved to Fieldstone Trace in June 2022 and it’s been the best place we lived in the United States. The community is conveniently located near Polaris, making it easy to access everything I need. The community offers great amenities, these spaces are well-maintained and provide a wonderful place to relax or socialize. The overall vibe of the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. The property management team is responsive and diligent about maintenance requests. Issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Huge shout out to the team that keeps the property glowing. Between Marcie and Daniel, I've not once had a problem that they couldn't help us with. Both have been subject matter experts and been optimistic at every turn. The maintenence men are approachable and answer to the best of their knowledge. Fantastic place to live, and I cannot recommend it enough. 5/5, wish I were immortal so I could live here forever.

This childless cat lady and cat like all of our natural light, especially the bay window, every room (including 3 bathrooms, pantry, linen and other closets), garage and all the features like the fireplace, bay window and high ceilings. Even the stairs, toilets and shelves are a ball! Who knew life could be so awesome. We've been here four years and loving it. The staff and stuff (beyond the walls of our home) add to happy living too (pool, playgrounds, picnic area, dog run, clubhouse with pool table, coffee and kitchen, movie room with popcorn, fitness room, grills, tennis, basketball and four square courts).

Unfortunately my stay was short, but I must say the office staff is very friendly and supportive to the tenants, yes I had none emergency repairs and it was no issues on quick responses. The pool area was always clean own pools all my life and i needed to make sure chemicals were to my standards, had my own test kit. Always balanced. Keep in mind this is a family oriented community and children are always about going children thing drive accordingly…

I've lived here for about a year. The apartments are nice for the price, and the area is convenient. Maintenance is usually quick to respond, and the office staff is super friendly and helpful. No major complaints!
