Do not live here!! You will regret it!! Don’t waste your Money!! I Lived here for a year. This place is terrible! Management will lie to you about everything and sell you a dream. Don’t believe a word! Apartments do not look like the pictures they advertise. Old and dirty and sloppy maintenance work. Gate always doesn’t work. Ghetto area! Cars get broken into frequently!! Like every week! I was in my car one night a thief actually opened my car while I was in it trying to steal it. He ran away after he noticed I was there. And management won’t even help aid the police or residents with using their security cameras. I was told they don’t do that. So you and your children aren’t safe here! They also have rats and roaches.

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment community—and especially about Ms. Val, the property manager, and her outstanding team! From the moment I first moved into the property. They’ve always made me feel welcomed and valued. Ms. Val is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to find someone who not only manages a community, but also builds a real sense of community, and that’s exactly what she does.

This is a snuggled tight knit community! Very clean, staff is friendly and professional, maintenance is on top of their business. The units are so spacious and nice. The upgraded units are extremely nice with granite countertops. This community is also very quiet.

Valerie made my apartment tour an absolute breeze and explained everything so clearly. She took the time to help me understand all of my apartment options and answered every question I had. Her knowledge and guidance made the whole process stress-free. Thanks to her kindness, I’m really looking forward to moving in soon.

What is the point of making appointments or having office hours if no one is going to honor them?? Yesterday I made an appointment for a guided tour. They handed me keys and told me to go by myself. I didn't understand why. There were two people in the office. But whatever. I looked at the units alone. When I returned, one of property managers/leasing agents was napping at her desk. I spoke to the other person, returned the keys, and left. I realized less than 15 minutes later that I never got my ID back and returned immediately. The office was locked despite the online office hours saying they would be open until 6. It was 3. I tried calling and knocking. Nothing. I tried calling the maintenance number. Their AI answering service said they do not supply lock out service. I'm not a resid
