Our Fieldstone property manager, Christina Tomlinson, works hard to ensure we have one of the nicest, best-maintained communities in Atlanta. Her level of engagement is second to none! We get timely communication and advocacy for any issues that affect our community, like the recent water cooperation outage we recently experienced. Kathy, the Reunion Activities Director, is nothing short of fantastic. She is a breath of fresh air for the community. The way she plans events and even involves her own family shows how much she genuinely cares. It’s clear she’s not just organizing activities — she’s building community. Her energy, attention to detail, and heart for people make a real difference. We’re grateful to have someone who puts so much effort into bringing everyone together.

I have been a homeowner since 2020. I have had my deck finished only once since I’ve been here and it’s chipping bad my neighbors as well. My wood is rotten due to water leaks. I do have a pet that goes out on the deck that is not allowed to go out because I’m scared he will fall through the rotten wood. I also have water damage in my garage along with water damage on the inside of my home due to cement cracks that weren’t sealed. I’ve had water come into my home and wake up from a rainy night with puddles of water in my home. I did try to caulk what I thought was the problem myself, but after having Lennar Holmes come out and other professionals come out to evaluate the issue they told me this is a HOA issue and they’re responsible for this. John Albano was fantastic. I am getting ready to list a home in a community he manages, called him to validate a number of HOA qs, he spent around 15m w me answering every qs. Other management companies would say, submit a closing letter request. Great job John and thank you again.

Normally when most people think of HOAs people sigh or gripe; however, this HOA and its board have been very professional and communicate effectively. Especially Emily Bryan who is our president I believe of our neighborhood. Whenever I had issues or problems she was quick to respond and handle any situations I had.
