Fieldhouse Apartments

My Dad and I have been living here since June of last year and we love it! The amenities here are awesome and our property manager, April Camp, has been so amazing. The hangout room in the lobby is a great place for us to unwind after work and hangout with the apartment community. It is our first time living in an apartment and April has been so generous to help us adjust into apartment living in multiple ways! If you’re looking for an apartment complex run by someone who is understanding of people and wants to create a real community atmosphere, the field house is the place to be.

We have lived at Fieldhouse Apartments since August and have truly loved every aspect of our experience. The facilities are exceptionally well maintained, and any service or repair requests have been handled promptly and professionally. What truly sets Fieldhouse apart, however, is the management team. They are not only highly competent and responsive, but genuinely caring. Over time, they’ve come to feel more like an extended family than a typical property management staff. The level of attention, respect, and consideration they show toward residents is rare and speaks volumes about their leadership and values. To the Leadership Team at Vest Residential, I am a resident of Field House and am writing to formally recognize the exceptional leadership demonstrated by our property manager, April. Earlier today, April managed a highly complex and fast-evolving situation involving multiple simultaneous emergencies within our community. A resident experienced a medical emergency in a common area while building alarms activated and a significant pipe failure occurred on an upper floor, causing active water damage. Despite the rapidly changing conditions, April remained calm, decisive, and fully in control. She coordinated staff, communicated clearly, and ensured that emergency responders and maintenance teams were able to act quickly and effectively. We had a wonderful experience at the field house. Delt with Tamika who was fantastic. Always available to answer the many questions we had, gave us options as far a living spaces. Tour of the complex - amazing especially if you are a baseball fan, considering some apartments overlook the field. Again great communication , very available for questions. Tamika was great

We have lived here for a little over a year and love it. I was told to reach out to April Camp and she would help us when we started to search for our new home. She took care of my move in from start to finish. She has gone above and beyond to ensure the residents not only enjoy this community but also our residents events!
