Request was made by phone January 19 that the Water Softener salt was very low and needed refilling. It had not been filled since Oct 19. It was on automatic refill before the building was sold. I put in work order Feb 1 when the salt was out. Cullen man came right away to check the water softener. Unfortunately, he did not add any salt to the water softener. Salt was finally delivered on Feb 14. It was filled 3/4 full. Hopefully an automatic delivery has been set up. We have extremely hard water in our building. It is not good for the softener to run out of salt. I gave only 3 stars because the delay in salt delivery. Getting a higher rating will hinge on new landlord making sure the salt gets delivered in a timely manner. Conversation with the property manager was pleasant. I am confide

Last weekend our sink backed up so we called emergency maintenance. Within 10 minutes of calling, Greg showed up and fixed the issue within an hour! Turns out the last tenants lost a pair of chopsticks in the kitchen sink which caused it to back up!!! Greg was super nice and quick! Thanks Greg!

I never really had a bad experience living here, I just moved for personal reasons. I would recommend living here, is a good neighborhood and a lot of stuff to do around.

Love how the management kept the apartment place clean and safe. Fixing stuffs was fast when asked. Thank you for the fast respond.
