Fidelity National Title Winter Park

Well let me start off by saying the only reason it's a 2 star review and not a 1 is because the lady that helped us sign our documents was very nice. They told us after signing that we were getting some money back and they suggested that we have them wire it, so we gave them our bank details. They ended up sending the check to the new house which we weren't in yet and it took me multiple calls because they won't answer the phone. I suggest that if you have to call them, just keep hitting redial until someone answers, you can leave a message but good luck getting a return call. When I finally got a hold of them, they told me they would cancel the check and wire it to my account, that was this morning but I noticed it had never made it so I called them, again having to redial 3 or 4 times un

Great experience with Fidelity as always! They pulled strings and made it happen on short notice. Gizelle & Sandra were fantastic! 5 stars always recommend them for title services. If you’re not using them I don’t know what you are doing
