Fidelity National Title Tuolumne

They pay the taxes late causing late fees. County assessor office says this is a common thing with everyone that has a mortgage. The County charges late fees at 10%. We have three parcels that was purchased at the same time and two of the parcels the taxes were not being paid by the escrow. Everyone is nice here but do your job. The County is already getting enough taxes from us we don't need to be donating more to them especially when the roads are in disrepair throughout the County.

WARNING! It took over two, 2, years to get my deed and property taxes , using Fidelity Title. What a horrible experience. The escrow officer, dodged me for over two years; she never returned my phone calls. Apparently she hid this 2 year escrow from the branch manager who  also showed little to no concern with my escrow account. Maranda Berry told me that if it was up to her Fidelity Title would not do mobile home escrows! She also told me she has a drawl with 2 year escrows in it. It took me contacting the regional manager, Bill Brink, and the escrow administrator, Lisa Westfall, to get any movement on my escrow. I bought a mobile home in Mill Villa, Jamestown,Ca., on 2/2020 and just received my deed 5/2022 and property taxes 6/2022!
