Fidelity National Title

Misspelled closing documents, huge fees, and unhelpful, unknowledgable staff was what I experienced during my recent real-estate transaction! I definitely would not suggest using "Fidelity National Title" EVER! When I purchase my next home I will NOT be using "Fidelity National Title Agency". They used to be customer focused agency but apparently not anymore. American, Premier, Pioneer, etc.. are all better in my experience and yes I have used all of them before. So, if the sellers agent ever picks them I will not go through with the transaction unless they pick another agency to work with.

House payment paid well before due date, but thy don't let money hit my account 4 a week, sometimes 2weeks, DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE DATE OF PAY IS SOO SPIRAL

I'm having to jump through hoops, just to get my deceased husband's name off of the account with Fidelity. Nobody can explain to me what some of the paperwork they are requiring actually means. They tell me I have to go to a paralegal to get that explanation.

Fidelity title started me with a payment booklet and then over halfway through my contract. They changed it from booklet to sending me a payment form every month and then I didn’t receive the payment form so I ended up with the payment. I’ve never had a payment before they changed their system, unacceptable investing professional they shouldn’t be able to change the way they do things halfway through the contract. I will never use Fidelity title again At Fidelity they have a really shady way of doing business. I don’t like it and I don’t appreciate it. It’s unacceptable less than professional.

I sold a piece of property in Tubac, AZ in early spring 2021. I carried a note for the buyers until they could get their financing to build. I hired Fidelity National Title account servicing department to manage the holdback and issue payments accordingly. It has been nothing less than a headache. The troll that enters the payments is totally inept. The buyer has consistently made principal payments every other month in addition to the scheduled monthly loan payment. Over the past 10 months, 5 of the payments received have been allocated incorrectly by Fidelity National Title staff. Each time I had to call and have the corrections made.
