Fidelity National Title Sugar Land

I had a courtesy closing at Fidelity Title Company in Sugar Land, and the experience was excellent. Aimee handled the closing and was incredibly professional. She explained everything clearly to my seller, answered all of his questions without rushing, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Priscilla at the front desk was warm and courteous, setting a great tone the moment we walked in. The office itself was clean, welcoming, and very easy to get to—always a plus when you’re juggling multiple appointments around Sugar Land. Since I do a lot of business in this area, I’ll definitely be checking in here more often. Great team, great service, and a great experience from start to finish.

This review is only about the employee at the front desk. Extremely rude, basically ignores you when you walk in. I have never seen anyone in any industry with less charm or care for the people they interact with. She was extremely dry and nasty to deal with. She made the entire experience sour. Even directly addressing her , she makes you feel invisible. So unprofessional and makes you think twice about using this company just from how awful she is.
