As a first time land buyer I was lost in many ways. I was recommended to speak to Juanita from Fidelity National Title, let me tell you she made the whole transaction very pleasant, she was attentive and patient with my questions. I had peace of mind throughout the process. Buyer was impressed as well and commented he will also change Title company for future transactions. We closed in about 2 weeks.
