Not impressed. Fought morning traffic, then had a hard time figuring out where to park. When I finally arrived at the office, the doors were unlocked, lights were on, but nobody was home. Massive waste of my time. I went to a different location, and after a lengthy wait up front a lady comes out and asks me what I want. I said I need to make an earnest money deposit. She was like umm okaay? Don’t need any attitude folks just need to take care of business.

The best in title work business. Top notch customer service. They never disappoint. All clients are so happy with their work and their service. Tricia Kenney & her great team have been my clients' first choice Escrow Closer for a while and Jody Sandoval as Sales Representative who is always ready to help with any title issues and clients worries & questions. Always answers our calls, even on the weekends or on her time off. Too many details & great service to mention about these guys. We can't imagine myself & my clients finding a competent team like these guys. Of course, Fidelity National Title Co. who is behind them providing the best Title Work products are one of the best in title business with high class reputation. Thank you to all of you.

Liked Jason, the closer, he had a lot of good information and was personable and friendly. However a check was requested for proceeds from the sale and it did not have the two required signures. A return trip and they promptly fixed the issue. Would got all five stars had not this hapoened!

If I could give it no star, I would. I went there to drop off an Ernest Money check, the woman ("escrow assistant" is her title) was inappropriate, unpleasant and rude, giving me grief about the check is from a 3rd party, a LLC. She won't even give me a copy of the check I just delivered, she told me it wasn't my check to copy! I have been licensed in Colorado since 2001, and closed quite a few real estates, commercial or residential, in Colorado, so I know what can be used as earnest money, and I think I know a little about real estate, yet she was bluffing me like dirt, like I was born yesterday. I have never been good at being confrontational, till now I still can't believe I actually let her bulling me like this simply because I didn't want to make waves or I was trying to be nice. May

Our closing was quick and easy. Associates here were a joy to work with.
