My maintenance man Micheal was absolutely amazing. He did an amazing job on my mirror installation and he was very quick and very kind. He called before coming over and he was also quite the comedian! 10/10 I hope I get Micheal again!!

via Jennifer T. Layman: Today's walk-through inspection with Ashton Rushing went great. He was very polite and on time for the appointment. We addressed potential maintenance issues with my lovely old house...and I'm looking forward to re-leasing.

Can't say anything about the move out process yet but move in and living in my unit has been great. Ashton from FHS came by to inspect the unit but really he noted possible maintenence issues they can help with. Staff is friendly and responsive and I enjoy my unit.

Ashton was awesome made our inspection quick and easy. FHS is so good to work with...we have been in our house for 3 years and they give us no trouble. Great place to rent from.
