Worked with Megan out of the Conroe location and it’s been a hell of a ride. Megan was not honest on the seller disclosure about structural changes to the property that were visibly noticeable. This realtor concealed defects about the home. She showed me the house, told me about all the new concrete being laid, and still provided me with an old survey. Later on found out the concrete had been laid over Septic, sprinklers and lawn sprinklers. To make matters even worse some items in the agreement were removed from the property following closing. As a veteran family, we feel taken advantage of in every way. The concern was more about the money instead of acting ethically and treating others fairly. We were cited by the county and charged thousands of dollars for things done to the property
