Fernwood Park Apartments

Please bring back Dawn... I've been here almost 6 years and every year the rent increases.. but not much remodeling etc is being done... in the process of trying to move...

Love the apartments and the community it’s barely any problems all of the kids get along with each other and management is great and understand especially dawn she’s a great outgoing lady and I can sit and talk to her forever if she wasn’t at work lol only problem would be for others to take care of the laundry unit and be mindful that leaving your cloths is stopping someone else from washing theirs

My wife and I lived here for a few years when we were starting out. I enjoyed my 1st floor apartment. The people in the office were helpful and friendly and The neighborhood was quiet. We have very fond memories of this complex.

I stayed with a friend a couple of days and I like it. Sometimes the hot water doesn't work during the winter times, the struggle to find parking, and the mailbox is a little too far.

Small Park it two trailers one East and one West it travels alongside the Erie canal It has a small boat launch and peer for fishing it is a very nice gazebo
