Ferncliff North Apartments

Oh boy, where to begin. If could, would give no stars. Was rented an apartment by one woman a week later she was let go (not her fault) and the new crew in there sucks. Office is always closed, needed assistance and the gentlemen picked up the phone and hung up on me twice. There is ONE maintenance man and poor soul is stretched thin. Any maintenance order is delayed, had to call them out 3x over my fridge being broken within a month of being there. Then we have the incident. Lady across the hall from me in the B building ends up losing her lights (tough times I get it) she never tells the office and moves out leaving her apartment. It was infested with roaches. So bad when maintenance finally got around to it about a month later, he said he wouldn't step foot in there because he didn't ha

I love living here. It is not especially noisy and they are relatively quick with the maintenance. The management is helpful and friendly. When I moved in I was particularly glad about the reasonable rent which is subsidized and the spacious apartment which has central heat and air with spacious bedroom walk-in closet. The apartments have dishwashers and a very nice space, although small to cook in. Lots of cabinets. The grounds are neatly kept and the mailboxes are secure and private. All in all a pleasant place to live.

The management is sucks, when you have requests for a work order it takes months and months. Coz they ignoring your requests they lying to you, they’re not putting anything. They always trying to make excuses to push the resident out of the office. last work order request took five months still I didn’t got it yet. When you going to check how long it takes they saying it’s not emergency you have to wait for Corporate approval, your order is on waiting list or wait for shipment etc… I am not recommend this place

It doesn't deserve a star but I have to give one to write a comment. The front disk lady always has bad attitude. Property manager always in her office with the door shut. They taking your application fee and then never contact you again. I been waiting for them for year and half They don't even approve or deny you. They have very bad customer service I am not recommend this place.
