I’m not even a tenant and I came in to get information and an application to possibly live here right. I come to the door it said office closed for the day but I ain’t come to bother nobody by asking one question in and out piece of cake. I open the door and before anything the black lady behind the glass says we’re closed sir now at this time it’s like 2:30 yeah I saw I just wanted to get an application and see about the apartment. Again we’re closed sir look in the drop box ok whatever rude lady. I live 10 minutes away so when I got the application done it’s right around the corner I figure let me drop it off before the office actually closes and yall leave for the day which is 4 o’clock. Not happy at all my bathroom had a leek in side and my water bill went sky high and manage ment refuse to help said I didn't turn in on time it's bad living life here I have to do some of there work the light want go off on the stove leek under the sink they covered a leek in the bathroom and the vent and cold to take showers or bath I can here water leek inside the everything is so old we have to sign a lease 120days before our lease is up after we sign we stuck

I applied for this Apartment complex and the office manager Melanie Schneidau told me at the time of applying that they had available units for rent I waited two weeks and didn’t hear back from anyone in regards to my application when I did finally speak with Melanie she told me that they did not have any units available for rent after taking my $90 money orders I pretty much paid $90 to be out on a waiting list that I was not informed of during the time of applying for the unit She was extremely unprofessional cursing at me yelling at me because I told her I felt like she scammed me out of my $90 spoke with corporate and they refuse to even return any calls in regards to this situation they never answer the phone I have left numerous of voicemails and still no returned calls yet I was tol

Quiet. Clean. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Maintenance staff is on point
