Fern Grove Apartments

I moved in a little over a year ago (when Fern Grove first opened) and I can say that I am happy. Gloria (Assistant Property Manager) is AMAZING!!! She is very kind and courteous. She's patient and really cares about us. Alex (Property Manager) is also very helpful and nice. Ivan (Supervisor of Maintenance) is friendly, helpful and takes care of our needs in a timely manner. There's a young lady that recently had a baby (I don't know her name) she is very polite and friendly. I can't say that I have any complaints other than the internet in the gathering room has poor reception (sometimes when watching a movie or sporting event the tv keeps buffering) and when I'm in the gathering room or walking down the hallway towards the mailbox I don't get reception on my cell phone. I have been at Fern Grove for just over a year and I am fairly happy. First Gloria, our Assistant Property Manager is amazing. She is courteous, kind, patient, empathetic and pleasant to the residents. When dealing with people with different personalities those personality traits are very valuable. The property is very nice but many of the amenities (the fruit frees, community garden and grills) promised are still not in place. The gazebos are still not furnished and they're not handicap accesible.The doors inside the building to the gym and games room are permanently locked. Residents have to go outside the building to access facilities that are in the building. Make it make sense. I complained multiple times and was told outside people are coming in to use the facilities which, if true,

Gloria is a good customer representative, very helpful, very understanding and have patience. Hands down 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service. The property is well kept, very clean and very quiet. If there’s a problem it’s resolved expeditiously. B Miles

The apartment is very nice but there is no common courtesy, respect for privacy. They allow strangers in for various reasons without giving proper notification. I like to know exactly when someone will be entering my apartment. They only give us notice that it will happen.

I am so happy I found Fern Grove! We are truly lucky to have found an Income restricted and age restricted housing complex for my dad. We went to check out the unit he is moving into and it is all brand new and beautiful. A truly hidden gem. That’s not all. The leasing office has been a pleasure to work with, in particular Gloria. Gloria has been super helpful and super patient explaining everything we need to know and do ahead of the move.
