I was referred by Baptist health to reach out, now under her bio; Dolores Acosta claims she will give you the personalized attention you deserve…far from the truth. I sent her all required documentation and I had to keep reaching out to her to see If I qualified. This is about her customer service, seems like she does not truthfully enjoy this even though she claims its her passion. I asked her a question, I was completely ignored. This was after I was told I did not meet specific criteria to move forward (which is completely fine) but I wanted to prepare myself for when the time came. But I definitely will not be needing their service if this is the type of staff and customer service they give. Its no wonder in all the reviews shes not mentioned once, she might be the outlier in an office

😡😞this place offers a lot discounts to the employees of the big companies and at the end they do not give any discount , when you asked them they show you millions of numbers that you get a discount but if another lender checks the closing , they do not It see any discount. Plus when you go back and you talk to Dolores who works at Fembi she gave you lot of excuses why you didn’t get the discount after she assured you yes you did get your discount which is a complete unrealistic on the papers , be careful please in this place , they just want your money and ruin your life .
