As a property owner I had a poor experience with this company. As a prior commenter mentioned, they lack basic communication and interpersonal skills. Multiples times I would give their number to prospective tenants who would call and never hear back. They put the most minimal effort possible into property upkeep and maintenance. After 2 years under their watch my buildings are in worse shape and have lower occupancy than when I handed the keys to Max in 2021.

This was our first time having section 8 and we were excited thought we would have a beautiful experience! Wrong! This ceiling fell on my son!!! Failed multiple violations didn’t fixed the heat during the winter time. Then after all the complaints he decides to not renew our lease. And refuses to give our deposit back. Don’t waste your time with this company!!! You never can get ahold anybody unless he decides to charge you for any reason!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Oh not to mention I left the property un damaged spotless and now he double charged me. These people are scam artist and I’ve called the News to expose them!!!

I had a shockingly inhumane experience with this property manager following the death of my father, who was a tenant. They did not notify an emergency contact although my father was found deceased in his apartment. After I obtained a court order to access the unit, they were rude and even yelled at me over the phone as I tried to schedule a time to access my father's personal items. It has been two weeks since the ordeal and I'm still reeling from how I was treated. Please stay away.

You can't depend on property management in Ohio to complete simple tasks. Do not allow these cons to take over your property. They will rope you into a contract that you can't escape unless you pay them. Unfortunately for them, I read the contract and asked a lot of questions which they didnt like. I am indeed a micromanager and if you're not satisfying the customer then why are you in this business???

Absolutely awful property management company. They lack the basic skill of simple communication. You have to pry any information from them for updates on service orders, which they take forever to complete. Avoid at all costs
