Recently just looked at one of there properties. Hubby and I absolutely adored the house itself! But…. It had water damage all on the inside, the air ducts need to be cleaned, it was extremely dusty and stuffy inside. The outside was all rotted and falling apart. I can’t believe they allow houses in this status to be rented out. I tried to call and couldn’t get a hold of anyone!!!!! Crazy! Definitely dodging a bullet here. Just so sad, we loved how the home was laid out.

I've been a resident of one of their properties for 2 yrs. I would have relocated but I have a full house of furniture. I had to pull teeth with these people for every repair. They are arrogant and unreliable One project never was resolved. The hallway lights flicker and only come on when you physically tap them. They never came back to repair. There was times when my garage door would be locked when I returned home. I suggested someone had an key because my patio door would be unlocked as well. We never sit out there.They refused to change the locks. Recently my garage door broke. The chain broke and hit my car causing damage. They did send someone to open it and told me a repair would be within a few days. It's been 14 days. No one called to update me. I called them to be told an order

This is a joke company, literally go through the reviews. A few of the 5 star reviews are from the same person, complimenting one employee in particular. That same employee also has the most complaints about them. Try to cover your scam a little better. I applied and was instantly denied. Their reasoning is that my fiance, who already lived there, was a con artist and liar. They claimed that I lived there under false pre-tenses. I at the time lived at a much nicer home, which if they even gave two seconds to check could have been proven. The company is hilarious with their lack of response to maintenance issues. Rented a home from them a few years ago and experience was terrible. They sent out bulk notices about maintenance issues as a warning even when you home is in compliance. They do home inspections during the holidays and ask you to leave house mostly unsecured to make access easier while many people are traveling.

I was the landlord and rented my house before. The agents were shockingly rude. They kept my property empty for months until I spoke to an owner then immediately filled with a tenant who has a large dog. As you can imagine many damages to the property. The repair costs charged were very high too.
