I was thinking about renting with my Partner one of the properties listed on Zillow and upon reaching out about scheduling a tour. I was greeted by Gene on a very unprofessional and condescending manner. He was very rude and miscalculated my income & when he was corrected he proceeded to be condescending. Also, they “don’t check part time income” so despite me and my partner having part time jobs on the side he still felt the need to say we couldn’t pay said rent so without “struggling”. Update: the original reply included an apology and then it was changed to no accountability when the Worker GENE clearly has this company listed as his contact. Via Zillow and hot pads. It still sucks!
